I work with nonfiction and scholarly authors looking to publish their manuscripts. Although my primary discipline is political science, my work is interdisciplinary. My work spans history, sociology, gender studies, and international relations/international studies, among others.

If you work with me, you will receive a detailed memorandum outlining what I view to be the strengths and weaknesses of your book manuscript and the arguments you are making from the perspective of a scholarly reader who isn’t necessarily in your field. Please contact me for rates. I work on a sliding scale and provide discounts for people working without university start-up funds.

Are there archival resources that you need or want that are only available in Washington, DC or the surrounding areas? As an experienced archival researcher, I am here to support your research needs by visiting archives, taking scans of critical documents, and cataloguing them effectively.

Do you need help standing out to potential law review editors? I am a former Lead Articles Editor and am aware of how successful authors pitch their pieces to law reviews. I have also successfully placed articles in multiple law reviews and had my work republished by the UCLA Disability Law Review.
