If you work with me, you will receive a detailed memorandum outlining what I view to be the strengths and weaknesses of your book manuscript and the arguments you are making from the perspective of a scholarly reader who isn’t necessarily in your field. Please contact me for rates. I give discounts for people working without university start-up funds.

I also work with authors on a more limited basis to turn, e.g., dissertation chapters and other graduate school writings into journal articles. I work with both law and social science faculty and aspiring faculty.

I also tutor MA, MSc., and Ph.D. Students on a limited basis to help them develop their lengthy written pieces such as dissertations or theses into scholarship that makes them proud. I have experience editing for both the American and English education systems.
